ReDesign to Sell

we are able to maximize your home's features using your existing furniture and accessories. Our goal is to
showcase your home to its fullest potential while still making it comfortable for your daily living. When our ReDesign
to Sell Package is complete you'll be amazed by the transformation!

The first step to our ReDesign to Sell Package is a comprehensive in home evaluation. While ReDesign to Sell is our
specialty, there is enough information contained in the evaluation for you to complete all or a portion of the work
yourself. We call it our Redesign DIY Package. Both Packages start at $250 depending on the scope of work to be
completed and the square footage.

ReDesign to Live
When your daily life takes over we can re-create the balance, form and function your home may be lacking. Our
ReDesign to Live Package is a personalized service that carefully assesses your taste, style and needs while taking
into consideration what makes you and your home unique. We value your belongings and take great pride in
creaively redesigning your space to reflect who you are. Whether we rearrange your existing furniture, consult you
on flooring choices or shop for accessories, our team is dedicated to helping you create the home you've always
dreamed of! Our initial consultation starts at $75

Home Staging
By assessing your home's style, buyer market and attributes we carefully plan the space to maximize its unique
features. With the addition of rental furniture and accessories an empty home can be transformed in a matter of
hours. Once our Home Staging Package is complete your home will go from bare and lackluster to warm and
welcoming - just what buyers love! Our Home Staging Package is priced on an individual basis depending on the
square footage and style of home. Initial consultation starts at $75

Color Consultation
We take the guess work out of color choices! Complimenting colors for flooring, paint, furniture and accessories
can be a daunting task. With our in home consultation we can help you pull it all together plus supply you with a
list of our partners that can save you time and money! Color Consultations start at $75

ReDesign to Buy
This service was created for Investors and home buyers who are looking for a fresh perspective on their potential
projects. For investors, we offer color, decor and finishing advice to help you pull everything together. For home
buyers our team is available to accompany you on viewings and bring a fresh perspective on the endless
possibilities of a home. Services can include detailed drawings and story boards for color, decor and finishes
helping you take your next project from a dream to reality! Our initial consultation starts at $75
